* As supplement to my registration I will send a signed confirmation of my student status to the congress office or rather I have to pay the regular registration fee.

  • Admission to general areas of the Congress Venue (not to Scientific Sessions)
  • Ticket for public transportation within Vienna
  • Half-day walking sightseeing tour of Vienna, including Viennese coffee and cake

Terms and Conditions

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and receipt of full payment.

The date of the remittance order (as stamped on the slip) will be decisive for regular and late registration (i.e.: for regular registration, the remittance has to be ordered by May 31, 2011). As soon as the Organising Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed. Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided on the registration form.  This option is highly recommended to avoid time-consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or mailed.

Group Registration (10 or more registrations)

This is done via individual contracts. For group registration, we kindly ask you to contact the Organising Secretariat to arrange details:

Travel Grants

Travel Grants will be available.
Further information on the application procedure will be provided in October 2010.

Cancellation policy - Registration

Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes.
50 % refund of the registration fee - minus EUR 25,00 administration fee - will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by Mondial Congress & Events by Monday, June 20, 2011.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after that date.
Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.

Liability

Mondial Congress & Events shall act as mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. The liability for transport and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
